Safety is our top priority at all times.
Safe firearm handling is required at all times. These principles apply to everyone, regardless of experience.
Fundamental Firearm Safety Rules

Always keep the firearm pointed in a safe direction

Treat every firearm as if it is loaded

Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot

Be sure of your target and what is beyond it

Always keep firearms pointed downrange

Keep actions open and firearms unloaded when not actively shooting

Only handle firearms when it is safe and appropriate

Stay aware of others and their positions on the range

Stop immediately if something feels unsafe

If you are unsure, stop and ask for guidance

Speak up immediately if you observe unsafe behavior

Follow guidance from experienced members and range officers
