First Time Visiting the Range
New to the club or to shooting sports? Here’s everything you need to know before your first visit.

The range is private and only accessible to paid members when there is not a public event.
Non-members are welcome to all public events.

Whether you’re experienced or brand new, our goal is to provide a safe, welcoming environment for everyone. Members are happy to answer questions and help new visitors get comfortable.

You don’t need prior experience to visit — just a willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.​​
Members based sporting club
The Bearcamp Valley Sportsmen’s Club is a members based club with no dedicated range officer. Members are welcome to use the rage responsively during shooting hours and non-members are welcome to all publicized events.

New to Shooting?
If you’re new to shooting sports, you’re welcome to come observe or participate at your comfort level. Our members are happy to provide guidance and help you get started safely.

You don’t need to sign up in advance. Just come by during a scheduled event and sign in when you arrive.

Not Sure Where to Start?
Trap shooting is a great place for first-time visitors. It’s relaxed, structured, and easy to follow.
​
If you are more interested in pistol shooting, then attending one of the Action Pistol events allows additional instruction for new sport shooters.
